Super Smoothie Guide

Every morning I start my day off with a smoothie. As I’m up at 04:30, on the road at 05:10, and arrive at the gym at 05:50, it’s easier for me to have a smoothie full of goodness rather than a cooked breakfast (which I would prefer but that’s another post).

And fairly often I’m asked: “Hey Shaun, what’s in your smoothie?”.

So I finally got around to putting something together! A while ago I posted a YouTube video on the Pro-Fit Whitefield channel of what was in my typical exact smoothie, but this guide give you lots of options to play around with to find the smoothies you like best!

A great smoothie has all of the following:

  • Liquid (otherwise it’d be a solid-ie)
  • Veggies
  • Healthy fats
  • Fruit
  • Protein

FULL of goodness! Jam packed full of nutrients to make your body function better helping you to feel better, look better, and perform better.
