Your 10 Week Lifestyle Transformation Challenge: How It Works
Once you're signed up you'll do your initial Check In to submit your starting weight, measurements, and photos. Then you join our private Facebook Group and start getting to know the awesome people you’ll be spending the next 10 weeks with.
Get to work
Over the next 10 weeks you get to work. You’ll be making amazing food with the help of my Finding Your Balance Food Guide, you’ll get moving with our Live HIIT workouts, and start shifting those lifestyle habits with our Weekly Tasks.
When you’re feeling AWESOME at the end of the 10 weeks, you submit your Final Check In. I then choose our Top 5 Transformation Finalists from the Before & After photos. And our Finalists write up the story of their journey so far.
Those Transformation Stories get shared in the Facebook group and you vote for your favourite to win. We finish off with a Live Awards Event in the group where I announce the winners and together we celebrate all of your successes!
