And it’s not just a simple “eat like this” or “do this exercise” because all that means nothing.
At the end of the day, I know you know you need to eat less crap. And I also know you know you need to be more active.
You’ve done it plenty of times before. But something keeps getting in the way, doesn’t it?
Something keeps holding you back.
In this episode I’m going to help you work out what it is, and how to make sure it doesn’t hold you back this time so that 2020 becomes your most successful year EVER.
