Weight loss is a big topic. We talk about diet, we talk about exercise, we talk about lifestyle changes and all these (still big) topics that come with it.
It can be hard to know when to start.
Easy to feel like it’s all too overwhelming and confusing and like you don’t know what you’re doing.
In this episode I’m talking with my friend Liam Cowley.
He’s been a coach for almost 6 years now and worked with a lot of people who felt just like that.
During our chat we talk about how to make things simpler than they seem, how the big step isn’t always the best one, and how you can get a massive result from what seems like the smallest change.
There are loads of awesome little nuggets in here so make sure you listen right through.
Let’s get into it.
